For many families in Stoke* and adjacent areas of Guildford, putting food on the table week by week is a tough job. The coronavirus pandemic makes this difficult job even harder.

Stoke Community Support is a team of local organisations led by St John’s Church Stoke and St Peter’s Shared Church, Stoke Hill working in close collaboration with St Saviour's Church, FoodWise, and several local schools including Weyfield Primary Academy, Christ’s College, and Guildford Nursery School and Family Centre (GNSFC) plus volunteers who have come together in this crisis to help families with emergency free hot meals.

We are supporting 140 families right now and the need continues to grow.

So, we urgently need your help.

Big or small, your gift will make a real difference to isolated and vulnerable families in their time of need.

£10 will provide meals twice a week for 2 people

£25 will provide meals twice a week for a family of 4

£100 will provide meals twice a week for a month for a family of 4

Together, with your help, we can do our best to make sure that no family goes hungry at this time.

Thank you so much.

*SCS is primarily focused in the Stoke area of Guildford including the parishes of St Peter’s Church, Stoke Hill and St John’s Church, Stoke-next-Guildford, together with St Saviour's Church. SCS funds are kindly hosted by St Peter's Church. Any SCS funds remaining at the end of the coronavirus pandemic will be used in the community for which they were raised.
